4.1.Therapeutic indications Neuroleptic drug - Acute psychotic states. Chronic psychotic states (schizophrenia, chronic non-schizophrenic delirium: paranoid delirium, chronic hallucinatory psychoses). - In association with an antidepressant – short-duration treatment of certain severe forms of major depressive episodes. This association can be done only during the initial period of the treatment, namely, during the period from 4 to 6 weeks,
