4.3 Contraindications
• Hypersensitivity to the active substance, other platinum-containing compounds or any of the excipients listed in section 6.1.
• Carboplatin should not be used in patients with severe pre-existing renal impairment (creatinine clearance 20 ml/minute).

• Severe myelosuppression.
• Bleeding tumours.
• Concomitant use with yellow fever vaccine (see section 4.5).
• During breast-feeding.
