4.3 Contraindications • Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1. • Pregnancy and breast-feeding (see section 4.6). • Patients with dysphagia, oesophageal stricture, oesophagal stenosis, oesophagus diverticulum, active gastritis, gastric erosions and peptic ulcer. • Patients with suspected reduced gastrointestinal motility.
