Contraindications : התוויות נגד
4.3 Contraindications • Undiagnosed genital bleeding • Known, past or suspected cancer of the breast • Known or suspected oestrogen-dependent malignant tumours (e.g. endometrial cancer) • Untreated endometrial hyperplasia • Previous or current venous thromboembolism (deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism) • Active or recent arterial thromboembolic disease (e.g. angina, myocardial inf arction) • Acute liver disease, or a history of liver disease as long as liver f unction tests have f ailed to return to normal • Known thrombophilic disorders (e.g. protein C protein S, or antithrombin def iciency, see section 4.4 • Severe renal insuf f iciency or acute renal f ailure • Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1 • Porphyria
