Contraindications : התוויות נגד
4.3 Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the active substance, other fibrates, or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1. - Significant hepatic disease (other than fatty infiltration of the liver associated with raised triglyceride values). - Gall-bladder diseases with or without cholelithiasis. - Patients with nephrotic syndrome and severe renal failure (serum creatinine > 135μmol/l; Bezafibrate-Medomie-SPC-0324-V1M Page 1 of 6 creatinine clearance <60ml/min) and patients undergoing dialysis (see section 4.2). - Combination therapy (concomitant use) of bezafibrate with HMG CoA reductase inhibitors (statins) in patients with predisposing factors for myopathy (see sections 4.4. and 4.5) - Known photoallergic or phototoxic reactions to fibrates.
